IT'S ME, HI, I'M THE PROBLEM IT'S ME.

Hey, remember me?

My name is Sandra and I'm the girl who shows up for 10 minutes on email and then runs away for six months. I PROMISE, this year I will be better.

Last year, I spent most of my time wanting to hide. I was crippled with anxiety, which actually ended up being perimenopause. I was running a successful business, but I was bloody lonely.

I also felt like a complete fraud. I was so busy people pleasing that I didn't even know what I wanted anymore. So I did what any good ADHD type B woman would do... I smiled, I pretended everything was fine, and I kept pushing. And then one day I couldn't pretend anymore and I blew up my life instead.

Classic ADHD move.

But honestly? That's also what got me back to myself.

I'm actually excited to be here. I'm excited to be "in the room" again. I'm excited to be doing this with you instead of behind a desk, alone, trying to will myself into motivation.

Because BMH used to be all about community, and then somewhere along the way we lost that focus. And now we're bringing it back. Properly. In real life. Not just "comment and like" community, actual humans, in actual rooms, doing actual life together.

On top of our Village Circles, I'm also hosting a few intimate events with incredible female founders this year. These are not your average events. They'll be interactive, FABULOUS, and the floor will be YOURS, real conversations, real connection, real momentum.

And we're also bringing back the I DID IT ANYWAY Awards in November. Date coming soon, but just know it's happening, and it's going to be a whole vibe.

So yeah... last year I lay down (literally). And this year, this is the year that I get back up again and hit the road.

Thank you for coming to my TED Talk 🩷💙
